EXHIBIT A
Lot 10 and part of Lot 9 of Block 21 of the First Addition to the Town
of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the part of said Lot 9 being more
particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point common to said Lot 9, Lot 10 and Ruby Street; and,
running thence Southwesterly along the lot line of said Lot 9, 40 feet;
thence Northwesterly, 140 feet on a line parallel with the lot
lines common to said Lots 9 and 10 to the Northwesterly boundary
of said Lot 9;
thence Northeasterly along the lot line of said Lot 91 40 feet to
the point common to said Lots 9 and 10;
thence Southeasterly along the lots lines common to said Lots 9 and
10, 140 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
