THIS INDENTURE, made the a..4 day of ,/�/'y 2010, by and between the
WYOMING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a state instrumentality authorized
and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Wyoming, and having its principal
place of business in the County of Natrona, the GRANTOR, and THE SECRETARY OF THE
U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, HIS /HER SUCCESSORS
AND ASSIGNORS, whose address is 1670 BROADWAY, FLOOR 23, DENVER,
COLORADO, 80202 -4801, ATTN: SINGLE FAMILY DISPOSITION BRANCH, the GRANTEE,
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does,
by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and CONVEYS unto the said Grantee, all that certain
tract, lot, piece of land situated in the County of LINCOLN, State of WYOMING and described
as follows, to -wit:
A PORTION OF THE SE1 /4SW1/4 OF SECTION 34, T33N, R119W OF THE 6TH P.M.,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT AN IRON PIPE SET NORTH 0 DEGREES 19' 10" EAST, ALONG THE EAST
LINE OF SAID SE1 /4SW1/4, 502.66 FEET FROM A BRASS CAP MONUMENT MARKING THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SE1 /4SW1/4; THENCE RUNNING NORTH 89 DEGREES
40' 50" WEST, 14.00 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE SET NEAR AN EAST -WEST FENCE LINE
MARKING THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THIS DESCRIPTION; THENCE RUNNING
NORTH 89 DEGREES 40' 50" WEST, 367.16 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE FOUND NEAR A
FENCE CORNER POST IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY FENCE LINE OF A ROAD; THENCE
NORTH 38 DEGREES 23' 01" EAST, ALONG LAST SAID FENCE LINE, 177.92 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 40' 50" EAST 257.47 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES
19' 10" WEST, 140.08 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, HOWEVER, all oil, gas and other minerals lying in, under or upon
said lands.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to any and all reservations, restrictions, easements, rights -of -way
and restrictive covenants, established, now of record, or otherwise affecting said lands.
Grantor warrants that it has the power, right and authority to convey the above described
property and that it has not done anything whereby the premises have been encumbered in any
way whatsoever, except as shown in this deed. Grantor does hereby bind itself, its successors
and assigns, to warrant and defend the above described property unto Grantee, its successors
and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any
part thereof, by, through or under Grantor, but not otherwise.
