a Married Person
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 001100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
Thomas L. Stevens and Terrie S. Stevens
whose address is 409 Ruby Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
THOMAS L. STEVENS AND TERRIE S. STEVENS,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Lot 10 and part of Lot 9 of Block 21 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. The part of Lot 9 being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point common to said Lot 9, Lot 10 and Ruby Street; and, running thence
Southwesterly along the lot line of said Lot 9, 40 feet;
thence Northwesterly, 140 feet on a line parallel with the lot lines common to said Lots
9 and 10 to the Northwesterly boundary of said Lot 9;
thence Northeasterly along the lot line of said Lot 9, 40 feet to the point common to said
Lots 9 and 10;
thence Southeasterly along the lots lines common to said Lots 9 and 10, 140 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Thomas L. Stevens and Terrie S. Stevens
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
