KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
KENNETH F. COBBS AND COURTNEY COBBS,
Husband and Wife
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
Kenneth F. Cobbs and Courtney C. Cobbs, Trustees
whose address is P.O. Box 1748, Afton, WY 83110
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
KENNETH F. COBBS AND COURTNEY C. COBBS, TRUSTEES OF THE
KENNETH F. COBBS AND COURTNEY C. COBBS REVOCABLE TRUST
dated September 18, 1998
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we
have, ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Part of Section 30, T32N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the SE 1/ SE 1/ of said Section 30 and running thence Westerly 375
feet, more or less, along the North boundary of the said SE1/4SEI/a of Section 30, to the boundary of
property conveyed to Glayd W. Chadwick in Book 312PR on page 281 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk;
thence Northwesterly along the boundary line of the Glayd W. Chadwick property as described
in the Deed recorded in Book 312PR on page 281 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk to the boundary of the Frank Brog property as described in the Deed recorded in
Book 80PR on page 497 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
thence Easterly a distance of 140 feet, more or less, along the South boundary of the Frank Brog
property as described in the Deed recorded in Book 80PR on page 497 of the records of
the Lincoln County Clerk to the boundary of the Swift Creek, as described on the
recorded plat of the Swift Creek Canyon Subdivision on file in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk;
thence Southeasterly along the Swift Creek as described on the said recorded plat of the Swift
Creek Canyon Subdivision to a point on the East Section line of said Section 30, said
point being 200 feet north, more or less, of the said Northeast corner of the SE1/4SEI/a
of said Section 30;
thence South along the East Section line of said Section 30 to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded September 4, 1990 in Book 289PR
on page 335 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Kenneth F. Cobbs and Courtney C. Cobbs, Trustees
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither Q nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
