CLYDE R. JORDAN, a married man, of P. 0. Box 3285, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantor," as his sole and separate property, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to CLYDE ROBERT
JORDAN, also know as C. R. JORDAN, Trustee, or his successors in trust under the CLYDE
ROBERT JORDAN LIVING TRUST dated February 5, 1997, and any amendments thereto,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee," of P. 0. Box 3285, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing
all rights under'and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belong. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, rights and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
