That she makes this affidavit as her recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to the provisions of W.S. 34 -2 -123 and in connection with the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming: Residence located at 118 West Hills Drive, Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming: Warranty Deed recorded in Book 719, page 789 Part of the SW1 /4SE1/4 of Section 28, T32N, R119W, 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 246 PR on page 699, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said SW1 /4SE1/4, Identical with the Southwest corner of that tract of record in said office in Book 313 PR on page 573, South 89 °09.5'W, 660.00 feet from the Southeast corner of said SW1 /4SE1/4, found as described in the Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate filed in said office; thence continuing S89 °09.5'W, 267.52 feet, along said South Line, to a point; thence N10 °47.1'W, 670.05 feet, along an existing fence to a point; thence N89 °09.5'E, 387.66 feet to a point, identical with the Northwest corner of said tract in Book 313; thence S00 °27.4'E, 660.00 feet, along the West line of said tract in Book 313, to the Point of Beginning. Condominium Warranty Deed recorded in Book 630, page 238 Unit 2 -6 of The Condos at Valli -Vu Buildings 1, 2, 4 Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that Plat filed June 8, 2006, in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 240 -A. 1 RECEIVED 5/26/2010 at 9:38 AM RECEIVING 953653 BOOK: 747 PAGE: 793 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY 2. That the names of the grantees in that Warranty Deed dated April 1, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on April 6, 2009, in Book 719, page 789, Recording No. 946346, conveying the above described Residence is hereby stated to be as follows: R. Joe Kasten and Sheilah S. Kasten, Trustees of the Kasten Living Trust dated December 12, 2005. 3. That the names of the grantees in that Warranty Deed dated August 11, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 15, 2006, in Book 630, page 238, Recording No. 921279, conveying the above described Condominium is hereby stated to be as follows: R. Joe Kasten and Sheilah S. Kasten, Trustees of the Kasten Living Trust dated December 12, 2005. 4. The beneficiary of the Kasten Living Trust is Sheilah S. Kasten. 5. That her name and address is Sheilah S. Kasten, PO Box 227, Afton, WY 83110. 6. That she is a beneficiary of the trust referred to, that R. Joe Kasten became deceased on January 27, 2010, and that upon the death of R. Joe Kasten, she became the sole surviving trustee of the Kasten Living Trust dated December 12, 2005. 7. That as of January 27, 2010, the date of death of R. Joe Kasten, Sheilah S. Kasten became the sole surviving trustee of the Kasten Living Trust dated December 12, 2005, including its ownership of the real property described above, and that she is currently lawfully serving in that capacity. 8. That she hereby verifies that the information contained in this affidavit is true and correct according to her information and belief. DATED the 24th day of May, 2010. 2 Sheilah S.
