SALT RIVER HEREFORD RANCH, INC., a Wyoming corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming, Grantor, whose address is P.O. Box 341, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS, WARRANTS AND GRANTS to NEIL B. HOKANSON and DIANNA L. HOKANSON, husband and wife, whose address is 1202 Hilltop Circle, North Platte, NE 69101, an easement for ingress, egress and utilities on the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions: 1. DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT. The land encumbered by this easement and the actual easement are described on the attached Exhibit A, which is incorporated by this reference. 2. PURPOSE OF EASEMENT. This easement shall be for the purpose of providing ingress, egress and for the placement of utilities. 3. PROPERTY BENEFITED BY EASEMENT. The easement is for the benefit of the property described in Exhibit B, which is incorporated by this reference 4. BINDING EFFECT. This easement shall run with the land and be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest, and assigns of the parties named herein. 5. WAIVER OF HOMESTEAD RIGHTS. The Grantors hereby waive and release all rights to the described easement under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
