Found:-- A quartzite stone 14x7x5 total marked 2/50 on NW, 7/47 on SE 3 ins.
below ground surface in irrigated hay meadow with 4 ea. 3/8x12
ins. spike for metal detection aid.
Set:-- A 2 ins. galvanized steel pipe 30 ins. long (BLM type) with brass cap
inscribed as shown in position of original marked stone flush with
~< meadow and buried original stone alongside to NE Placed a green
~ c:.:~ c~:'..53 steel fence post SWly. 5 ins. Placed three tire casings about post
7;:::::ii!and monument. Monument is partly in water and is Ely., 167.6 ft.
