acknowledged, I, Kristal Kraus, do hereby release and waive all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming in regard to the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Lot 2 of Block 21 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Known as: 410 Carbon Street
Kemmerer, WY 83101
I realize that my husband, Arnold Kraus, has applied to 1 Bank for a loan which shall
encumber said property, and I hereby acknowledge that 1 Bank has relied upon this
release and waiver of homestead rights in making and perfecting said loan.
