WHEREAS, Ronald P. Hornof and Misti D. Hornof, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described
real property by that certain mortgage dated August 30, 2007 (the "Mortgage
and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September
17, 2007, at Reception No. 933141 in Book 672 at Page 288.
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Countrywide Bank, FSB, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on January 19, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue,
at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue,
Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB "Successful Bidder made the highest and
best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $289,824.20,
and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on
January 19, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 19, 2010, at Reception
No. 951698 in Book 740 at Page 439;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated April 16, 2010 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Re ister of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on M 2010, at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX
75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
