DOUBLE L RANCH WEST SUBDIVISION,
DOUBLE L RANCH EAST SUBDIVISION, AND
DOUBLE L RANCH EAST PHASE II SUBDIVISION
Comes now Lance Mortensen, Manager of Double L Ranch #2, a Wyoming limited liability company,
Double L Ranch #3, a Wyoming limited liability company, and Double L Ranch #4, a Wyoming limited
liability company, of P.O. Box 132, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
does hereby make the following statement of facts:
1. That Double L Ranch #2, a Wyoming limited liability company, Double L Ranch #3, a Wyoming
limited liability company, and Double L Ranch #4, a Wyoming limited liability company, are the sole
owners of the open space within the following described subdivisions of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County:
Open Space D and Open Space E as designated on Double L Ranch West Subdivision with
Accession No. 927422;
Open Space A, Open Space B, and Open Space C as designated on Double L Ranch East
Subdivision with Accession No. 927425;
Open Space F as designated Double L. Ranch East Phase II Subdivision with Accession No.
950568
2. That subsequent to the Plat of Double L Ranch III, a Subdivision being filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County with Accession No. 950571, it was determined that the Open Space designated on
the above referenced plats had not been property vacated.
3. That "Open Space A, Open Space B, Open Space C, Open Space D, Open Space E and Open Space
F" on said plats are hereby vacated in accordance with Wyoming Statutes, 2009, as amended, Section
34 -12 -106.
4. That said vacation affirms all rights of the Horne Owner's Association to the streets, alleys and the
rights -of -way for utilities such as water, sewer, electrical power lines, gas lines, telephone line, etc.
presently installed and operating.
5. That the County Clerk is requested to write the word "vacated" across the face of above referenced
Open Space areas and make reference to the same in the Book and page where it is recorded in
accordance with Section 34 -12 -110.
6. That the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln County approved said vacation at its regular
meeting on 11A-(1 d i .2 in accordance with Resolution No. nPlo ^IQ, dated b /;j a.a /o
