Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 4
2004 and executed by Carolyn Clement, A Single Woman, to The Bank of Star Valley, as
mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $20,960.51, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 14` day of June, 2004 in
book 558 of Mortgages, at Page 562 as document #900080 and pertaining to the following
described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
