Commercial Security Agreement. 486 No. Washington, Afton, Wyoming, a Wyoming Partnership, debtor, executed and granted to The Bank of Star Valley, secured party, the following described Commercial Security Agreement dated December 11, 2001, which has been recorded in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, real property records as follows: Recorded December 14, 2001 in Book 482PR on page 189. Property Description. The Mortgage covers the following described real property (the "Real Property") located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming: See Exhibit "A" Attached. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 482 & 486 Washington Street, Afton, WY 83110. Assignment of Real Estate Mortgage & Assignment of Commercial Security Agreement. For Valuable Consideration, Assignor hereby assigns and conveys to Assignee all of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the above described Real Estate Mortgage & Commercial Security Agreement including any subsequent modifications, together with all of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the Promissory Note or Notes (or other credit agreements) secured by the Mortgage.
