ASSIGNMENT OF COMMERCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT
This Assignment of Real Estate Mortgage & Assignment of Commercial Security Agreement is dated this 31
_ day of May 2002, between The Bank of Star Valley (referred to below as "Assignor"), with post office
address of 384 Washington Street, Afton, WY 83110; and Zions First National Bank (referred to below as
"Assignee"), whose address is One South Main Street, Suite 700, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Real Estate Mortgage. 486 No. Washington, Afton, Wyoming, a Wyoming Partnership, mortgagor, executed and
granted to The Bank of Star Valley, mortgagee, the following described Mortgage dated December 11, 2001 (the
"Mortgage"), which has been recorded in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, real property records as follows:
Recorded December 14, 2001 in Book 479PR on page 372.
Commercial Security Agreement. 486 No. Washington, Afton, Wyoming, a Wyoming Partnership, debtor, executed
and granted to The Bank of Star Valley, secured party, the following described Commercial Security Agreement dated
December 11, 2001, which has been recorded in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, real property records as follows:
Recorded December 14, 2001 in Book 482PR on page 189.
Property Description. The Mortgage covers the following described real property (the "Real Property") located in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
See Exhibit "A" Attached.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 482 & 486 Washington Street, Afton, WY 83110.
Assignment of Real Estate Mortgage & Assignment of Commercial Security Agreement. For Valuable
Consideration, Assignor hereby assigns and conveys to Assignee all of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the
above described Real Estate Mortgage & Commercial Security Agreement including any subsequent modifications,
together with all of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the Promissory Note or Notes (or other credit
agreements) secured by the Mortgage.
In witness whereof, assignor has executed this Assignment of Mortgage this 31 day of May 2002.
