CORRECTION WARRANTY DEED
The Grantor, Northwest Pipeline Corporation, for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, hereby conveys and warrants to Williams Gas Processing
Company, its successors and assigns, all rights, title and interest to the following described real property
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
A parcel of land located in Lot 37, Resurvey Township 21 North, Range 114 West, 6th P.M.
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point located North 0' 02' West; a distance of 218.8 feet and North 89° 17' East, a
distance of 113.3 feet from the Northwest corner of Section 27, Resurvey Township 21 North,
Range 114 West, said point being Corner No.20 of Lot 37 and the true point of beginning;
Thence North 89° 17' East, along the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 37, a distance of 2670.2
feet to Corner No.21;
Thence South 0° 01' East, along the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 37, a distance of 2634.3
feet to Corner No.22;
Thence North 88° 52' 30" East, along the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 37, a distance of
1327.23 feet to Corner No.23;
Thence South 0° 59° East, along the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 37, a distance of 763.8
feet to a point located on the Northerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad;
Thence South 86°0 23' West, along said right of way line, a distance of 2534.0 feet; Thence North
0° 59' West, a distance 890.89 feet to a point located on the Northerly right of way line of U. S.
Highway 30 N;
Thence North 89° 37' 30" West, along said right of way line, a distance of 922.68 feet to a point
of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 1809.86;
Thence continuing on said right of way line, along the arc of said curve, thru a central angle of 8°
50' 30", a distance of 279.29 feet;
Thence North 80° 47' West, a distance of 253.46 feet to a point on the Westerly boundary line of
said Lot 37;
Thence North 0° 21' West, along said boundary line, a distance of 2537.68 feet to the point of
beginning.
The above-described parcel of land contains 207.686 acres more or less.
Excepting therefrom the following described parcel of land;
All that portion of Section 27, original Township 21 North, Range 114 West, 6th PM., Lincoln
County, Wyoming (described under the Resurvey as a portion of Lot 37, Township 21 North,
Range 114 West), being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West boundary line of said Lot 37 from which the corner No.20
thereof bears North 0° 21' West, a distance of 2537.68 feet;
Thence South 80° 47' East, a distance of 253.46 feet to the point of beginning of a curve to the
left, the radius of which is 1809.86 feet;

Thence along said curve through a central angle of 8° 50' 30" for a distance of 279.29 feet to the
point of ending of said curve;
Thence South 89° 37' 30" East, a distance of 922.68 feet; Thence South 0° 59' East, a distance of
142.8 feet; Thence South 89° 26'30" East, a distance of 941.02 feet; Thence South 87° 40' East, a
distance of 674.65 feet;
Thence South 89° 45' 30" East, a distance of 918.37 feet to a point located on the East boundary
line of said Lot 37;
Thence North 0° 59' West along said boundary line, a distance of 200.5 feet to corner No.23 of
said Lot 37;
Thence South 88° 52'30" West, a distance of 1327.23 feet to corner No.22 of said Lot 37; Thence
North 0° 01' West along the East boundary line of said Lot 37, a distance of 231.2 feet; Thence
North 89° 45' 30" West, a distance of 1655.86 feet to the point of beginning of a 0° 30'42" curve
to the right, the radius of which is 11,1842 feet;
Thence along said curve through a central angle of 5° 08' for a distance of 1002.0 feet to a point
on the West boundary line of said Lot 37;
Thence South 0° 21' East, a distance of 208.4 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land hereby conveyed contains 23.8 acres, more or less.
The balance of the above described parcels of land contains 183.886 acres more or less with all its
appurtenances, subject to 1993 taxes and all subsequent taxes and assessments; restrictive easements and
covenants of record.
This conveyance is to clear discrepancy and replace legal description in Warranty Deed from
Northwest Pipeline Corporation into Williams Gas Processing Company, dated May 5, 1993, recorded
May 24, 1993 in Book 329PR, at Page 253.
EXECUTED as of the 0 e 7 day of d' t' I , 2001, but effective for all
purposes as of the 5th day of May, 1993.
