Know All Men By These Presents:
That, BEAL BANK, S.S.B., the owner and holder of a certain Mortgage executed by, Leonard
J. Avilla and Susan L. Avilla bearing date the 30`h day of October, AD, 1989, recorded. in the
office of County Recorder, as Reception No. 710591, Book 280PR, Page 276, in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, securing one certain note in the principal sum of $ 24, 8W.00Twenty-Four
Eight Hundred
Thousand'Dollars and no/100's), and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage
deed, upon the property situated in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED AND MADE APART HEREOF
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrender
the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of the said County to cancel the same of
record.

Parcel 2: A rectangular tract of ground fifty feet by one hundred forty
feet, embracing all of Block A in the Second Addition to the Town
of Kemmerer and a fractional part of Lot 1 of Block 9 of the Town
of Kemmerer, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Block A and running
thence Northerly along Cedar Avenue a distance of fifty feet;
thence at right angles Easterly a distance of one hundred forty
feet to the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 1;
thence at right angles Southerly a distance of fifty feet to the
Southeasterly corner of said Lot 1;
