GAIL SUSAN ASBURY, Grantor, a married woman of Helena, Lewis and Clark
County, Montana, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to EDWIN G. McKNIGHT and
JANICE A. McKNIGHT, Grantees, husband and wife by the- entireties, of
5 Arese Aisle, Irvine, California 92606, for the sum of Ten Dollars and
other good and valuable consideration, the following described tract of
land - Asbury Parcel B - in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
ASBURY PARCEL B OF THAT CERTAIN LAND SURVEY SHOWN ON THE ASBURY
& McCAFFERTY PARCEL DIVISIONS PLAT THAT WAS APPROVED BY THE BOARD
OF LINCOLN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN KEMMERER, WYOMING ON THE 3RD
DAY OF NOVEMBER 1999, AND RECORDED BY THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK AS
PLAT NUMBER 120-A; SAID RECORDED PLAT DESCRIBES ASBURY PARCEL B
AS BEING LOCATED IN THE WIz SW% NE34 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH,
RANGE 1.19 WEST, 6 P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
This Warranty Deed is subject to reservations and restrictions contained
in the United States Patent; to easements and rights-of-way of record;
and is subject to the attached Recorded Asbury & McCafferty Parcel.
Divisions Covenants, identified herein as Exhibit "A", that are hereby
being made a part of this Warranty Deed.
