NEIL W. CASSITY and MARY ISABELL CASSITY, husband and wife, Grantors, of
Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten and no/100
Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO TIM CROOK CASSITY,
BARTON CROOK CASSITY, TODD CROOK CASSITY and JOSLYN CASSITY
KOPP, as tenants in common, which address is 2265 Maryland Drive, Green River,
Sweetwater County, Wyoming, Grantees, of Sweetwater County and State of
Wyoming the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the Stave of Wyoming, to wit:
The South one-half (S'/.?) of the following described property
containing approximately 27.6 acres more or less:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter (NE'/4SW'/4) of Section 18 Township 31 North
Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence West
115 rods; thence South 80 rods; thence East 115 rods; thence North
80 rods to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the parcel
conveyed by Warranty Deed -to the State Highway Commissioner of
Wyoming and recorded on January 23, 1974, in Book 108 PR 626,
Document No. 453225 containing 2.3 acres
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
AND
The North Half of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
18, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of the Sixth P.M., Wyoming.
Excepting Therefrom:
A Portion of the SWY4SW1/4 of Section 18, T31 N. R1 18W, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Old Highway 89,
said point being SOO1 O'W, 150.00 feet from the Northwest Corner of
said SW1/4SW1/4 of said Section 18, thence running S89050'E, 290.40
feet to an iron pipe set, thence S0° 10'W, 150.00 feet, thence
N89050'W, 290.40-feet to said center line of said Old Highway, thence
NO* 10'E, along said center line, 150.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances threon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
