PARCEL 1: That part of the West Half (W 1/2) of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, within the
Incorporated Limits of the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, in Book 395 of Photostatic Records, on Page 538, described as follows:
BEGINNING on the Palisades Reservoir Take Line, North 67 °20'00" East, 210.00 feet, from the Northern most
point of that tract of record in said Office, in Book 185 of Photostatic Records, on Page 26, said point of
beginning also being, North 85°14'31" East, 1,685.70 feet, from the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter
(SW of said Section 29;
Thence North 67 °20'00" East, 100.00 feet, along said Take Line, to a point;
Thence South 22 °40'00" East, 150.00 feet, parallel with the Easterly line of that tract of record in said Office in
Book 163 of Photostatic Records, on Page 507, to a point;
Thence South 34 °18'34" West, 119.27 feet, to the Northern most point of Morning Star Drive (Three Rivers
Spur) of record in said Office on Plat No. 249, identical with the Southeasterly point of said tract in Book 163;
Thence North 22 °40'00" West, 215.00 feet, along the Easterly line of said tract in Book 163, to the Point Of
Beginning.
PARCEL 2: TOGETHER WITH a right of ingress and egress and utilities over, under and across a strip of land
thirty (30) feet in width, with the Northerly line described as follows:
Beginning at the Southern most point of the above described tract, identical with the Northern most point of
Morning Star Drive (Three Rivers Spur);
Thence North 34 °18'34" East, 119.27 feet, along the Southerly line of the above described tract, to the Eastern
most point thereof.
The Southerly right -of -way line of the above described easement to be shortened or lengthened as necessary to
create a continuous and contiguous easement with a minimum width of thirty (30) feet, to meet the Easterly
right -of -way line of said Morning Star Drive (Three Rivers Spur).
