Anne R. Corsi aka Anne Corsi, a single person, grantor, of 420 North{Q gdhsL8t d,, MlNC
A-3, Las Vegas, NV 89110, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and
other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS and WARRANTS to R. Byron Baker and Rosemary K. Baker, husband and wife
as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of P.O. Box 3032, Alpine, WY 83128, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 16 of Corsi Ranchettes Second Filing Subdivision as the same is platted and of
record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
AND ALSO, a portion of the SE1/4 of Section 22, T36N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the Southeast Corner of Lot 16 described above and
running thence S02037.8'E 60 feet, more or less, to the South boundary of Grantor's
property, also the North boundary line of the North Etna Sprinkler Pipeline; thence
S860425W 200 feet, more or less, to a point; thence N02037.8'W 60 feet, more or
less, to the Southwest Corner of said Lot 16; thence N860425E along the South
boundary of said Lot 16 200 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions restrictions, reservations and
rights of way of sight or record.
