AND ALSO, a portion of the SE1/4 of Section 22, T36N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is the Southeast Corner of Lot 16 described above and running thence S02037.8'E 60 feet, more or less, to the South boundary of Grantor's property, also the North boundary line of the North Etna Sprinkler Pipeline; thence S860425W 200 feet, more or less, to a point; thence N02037.8'W 60 feet, more or less, to the Southwest Corner of said Lot 16; thence N860425E along the South boundary of said Lot 16 200 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
