KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Ted R. Jorgensen and Frances A.
Jorgensen, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Ted R. Jorgensen and
Frances A. Jorgensen Revocable Trust between Grantors and Trustee, dated January 12,
1993 for valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby releases
the property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows, to-
wit:
Lot 101 of River View Meadows Second Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
From the Mortgage given on that property on the 23rd day of March, 2001, executed by
Robert C. Wagner and Christine Wagner, husband and wife, of Alpine, Wyoming 83128,
Mortgagors, to River View Meadows Company and recorded in Book 462 PR, at page
091, of the Public Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, given as security for the
payment of that Promissory Note in the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($7,500.00) executed by the said Mortgagors to the said Mortgagee.
FURTHERMORE, in consideration of such payment, such Mortgagee does hereby
Remise, release and forever quitclaim to the said Mortgagors, their heirs, successors and
assigns the premises described above together with all tenements, hereditments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging.
IN WITNESS whereof Mortgagee has hereunto set his hand this day of May
2001.

Ted R. Jorgensen and Frances A. Jorgensen, Trustees of the Ted R. Jorgensen and
Frances A. Jorgensen Revocable Trust acknowledged the foregoing Release of Mortgage
before me this Z'~- day of May 2001.
