KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of September
6, 2000, made and executed by M. Lee Schwab and Terri L. Schwab, husband and wife, as
mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of $76,810.57 which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 8th day of September, 2000, in Book 451 PR of Mortgages, at Page 679, as
instrument number 868205, and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County,
to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT `A' WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART
HEREOF
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage
of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate
mortgaged therein and thereby.

corner;

thence N88014'04"W, 2.5 feet, to--the southeast corner of that tract of record

thence S01045'56"W, 66.3 feet along the east line of those tracts of record in
said office in Book 155 P.R. on page 342 and in Book 261 P.R. on page 342, to
the southeast corner of said tract in Book 155;
