Thomas Taliaferro, also known as Thomas S. Taliaferro and Thomas S. Taliaferro, IV,
and Linda Taliaferro, husband and wife, Grantors, of Sweetwater County and State of
Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO Green River Livestock Company, a Wyoming Corporation, and Big
Sandy Livestock Company, a Wyoming Corporation, the mailing address of which is
106 Cedar, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901, Grantees, of Sweetwater County and State
of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
An undivided One-half (1/2) interest in the following described property,
to wit:
Township 23 North, Range 113 West of the 6t11 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming: -
Section 20: Lots 1,10
Township 22 North, Range 114 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
Sections 26-29: Lots 37-39
Section 29: Lot 3
Township 23 North, Range 114 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln Count
Wyoming:
Section 25: N/2NE/4, E/2NW/4, SW/4NW/4
Section 26: SE/4NE/4
Together with all appurtenances situate thereon and appertaining
thereto, subject, however, to all exceptions, reservations and restrictions
of record.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM to the Grantors any mineral estate
owned by them.
