DEED OF DISTRIBUTION
THIS DEED is made this 4tay of June, 2010, between DAVID A. CHRISTENSEN, as
Personal Representative of the Estate of Beverly D. Campbell, deceased, hereinafter for convenience
called "Grantor and DAVID A. CAMPBELL, a married man dealing with his sole and separate
property, whose complete mailing address is 1550 Foxmore St., Pocatello, ID 83204, hereinafter for
convenience called "Grantee
WHEREAS, Grantor is the duly appointed and acting Personal Representative of the Estate
of Beverly D. Campbell, deceased; and
WHEREAS, Grantee is entitled to receive distribution of the property hereinafter described
in this Deed pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, Beverly D. Campbell;
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH, The Grantor, for a valuable consideration and for the
purpose of distributing certain real property from the Estate of Beverly D. Campbell, deceased, does
by these presents hereby distribute, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee,
in fee simple, all that certain real property described as follows and located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
An undivided 28.125% interest in Lot 42 (42) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Nine (9) as
platted and recorded in the official records of the County Clerk for Lincoln County,
Wyoming, together with its appurtenances
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises, together with the
appurtenances, unto the Grantee, and to his heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set his hand and seal the day of year
first above written.
