KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That 1 Bank a corporation, of the County of
LINCOLN, and State of WYOMING, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing the
date the 2ND day of JUNE A.D. 2008 made and executed by JUDY A MILLER Mortgagor(s), to
1 Bank, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for
the payment of $120,000 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING, on
the 11TH day of JUNE, 2008, in Book 696 on page 817, and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to -wit:
IN THE ABOVE SAID MORTGAGE:
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the 1 Bank has caused these Presents to be signed by its
BRANCH PRESIDENT, and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 11
day of JUNE A.D. 2010.

PRESIDENT of 1 Bank and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal
of said corporation, and that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said
corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said BRANCH PRESIDENT acknowledged
said instrument to be free the act and deed of said corporation.
