CORRECTED PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That The Bank of Star Valley, a Wyoming Banking
Corporation, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of November 20, 2008 made
and executed by Reed Rick Miller and Kelly Miller, Husband and Wife, as mortgagors, to
The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $484,016.59 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on July 24, 2009 in Book 728PR on page 245 as Instrument No. 948516
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:

NOTE: THIS SERVES TO CORRECT THE PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL
ESTATE MORTGAGE RECORDED NOVEMBER 18, 2009 IN BOOK 736PR ON PAGE
308, WHEREIN THE INCORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION WAS ATTACHED.
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debit is partially paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim into
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
