The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. Assignment dated: November 16, 2009 Assignment recorded: December 9, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 950987 in Book 737 at Page 715 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on January 26, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P.
