KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS KEVIN and WENDY ORVIN, Mortgagee /Beneficiary, under,
Mortgage executed by BRAD PEHRSON for O.P. CORPORATION, as Mortgagor, in
favor of KEVIN and WENDY ORVIN, as Beneficiary, and recorded on the 13th day of
February, as Document No. 000636, in Book 648, at Page 636, of the Official Records
in the Office of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, has been
requested to Quitclaim and Reconvey the property hereinafter mentioned by reason of
the full payment of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of said Request and payment of money
due under the Promissory Note, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and payment
of said indebtedness, said Trustee does hereby quitclaim and reconvey to the persons
legally entitled to thereto, but without warranty, all of the property covered by said
Mortgage now held by said Trustee under the terms of the Mortgage.
