following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of

official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
