HomeMy WebLinkAbout953952KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Stokes 59, Inc. an Idaho corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August 1, 1997, made and executed by Eloise Stokes, to Stokes 59, Inc., an Idaho corporation, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $62,552.89 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming on April 12, 2004, in Book 552PR, Page 76, re-recorded May 10, 2004, in Book 554PR, Page 666 and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: Lots 36 and 37 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 13, Lincoln County, Wyoming the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
