Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:
Bill Ginalick and Robin Lynne Ginalick
Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is 4714 West Moncrieff Place, Denver, CO 80212 -1604, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:
Lot 36 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 13, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat thereof and Lot 37 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 13, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof LESS AND EXCEPT the South thirty (30) feet of said
lot, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use. -7�
