National Bank Val E. Harris Tract W T3ON, R118W Section 6 Lot 1 (NE'/NE'/) Part" dated 16
February 1987; Revised 19 February 1987.
ALSO, that part of Section 6, Township 30 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming described on Exhibit C prepared by Karl F. Scherbel labeled "Description for The Reed S.

COMMENCING at the northeast corner of said tract, S07 01.6'W,

in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 709 of Photostatic Records on page
30, as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest pipe of Parcel 1 in said in Book 709, S42 28' -55 "W,
799.66 feet, from the northeast corner of said GLO Lot 1;
thence S00 28' -33 "W, 189.88 feet, along the west line of said Parcel 1, to the southwest
pipe thereof;
thence N89 47' -08 "E 784.54 feet, along an east -west fence line and the westerly
prolongation thereof to a point on the west line of said GLO Lot 1;
thence N00 17' -54 "E, 189.50 feet, along said west line, to a point at the intersection of
