Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is 1006 Sorenson Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to -wit:
Lot 2 of WestRidge Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof, filed March 3, 2010, Instrument No. 952366
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
