That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 32 North Range 118 West
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the South Afton Hastings Annexation to the Town of Afton, it
being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of records in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 208PR on page 281 described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly right of way line of Fair Grounds Road of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, on Plat No. 233, titled "South Afton Hastings Annexation to Afton Wyoming Townsite
South 48 °18'005" East, 775.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter;
Thence North 88 °11'32" West, 158.57 feet, along the North line of that tract of record in said Office in Book
384PR on page 276, to the Northwest point of said tract;
Thence North 00 °01'23" East, 82.72 feet, along an existing North/South fence, to a point;
Thence South 87 °56'54" East, 161.52 feet, along an existing East /West fence, to a point on said Westerly right of
way line;
Thence South 02 °04'09" West, 82.00 feet, along said right of way line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
