WYOMING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
of the county of NATRONA and the state of WYOMING
do hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing date the 16th day of
May A.D. 2005, made and executed by
BEAU J. TAYLOR and RUBY J. TAYLOR
as mortgagor, to FIRST NATIONAL BANK -WEST
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for
the payment of $179,000.00
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS
as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County,
State of WYOMING on the 20th day of May 2005, in
Book 585 at page 784 and /or Instr /Doc number 908576 a
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
LOT 508 OF PALIS PARK FIFTH ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ALPINE, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED MARCH 13, 2001 AS
INSTRUMENT NO. 872094 PLAT NO. 255 -A.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid,
satisfied, released and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said
mortgagee does hereby release unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgage.
