ASSIGNMENT OF OVERRIDING ROYALTY

QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
ShawnP.Hannifin, 730 17h Street, Suite 325, Denver, Colorado 80202, herein after referred to as
"Assignor' does hereby grant, sell, assign and convey unto the parties on the attached Exhibit "A
whether one or more, herein after referred to as "Assignee" their successors and assigns, an undivided
.25% of 8 /8ths Overriding Royalty under those certain Federal Oil and Gas Leases or any segregated or
amended leases derived there from affecting land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
described to wit:

It is the intent of Assignor to assign all of the interest acquired in that certain Assignment of Overriding
Royalty dated July 16th, 1990 as recorded in Book 287PR, Page 497 as document No. 720422 in the public
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. The effective date of this assignment shall be May 1st, 2010.
This assignment is made without warranty of title express or implied.
