613.00 feet-from the northeast corner of the said SEhSEh, found
as described in the Certified Land Corner Recordation
Certificate of record in the said Office;
thence S40.°-20.5'W, 3.80 feet to the point for the northwest
corner of Lot 4 of the Greys River-Valley Subdivision of record
in the said Office as Plat No. 227;
thence continuing S400-20.51W, 168.41 feet along the west line
of said Lot 4 to the point for the southwest corner of said Lot
