Justin McKinnon and Sandra McKinnon, husband and wife,
mortgagors, of P.O. Box 72, Cokeville, WY 83114, to secure the
payment of Forty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($48,000.00) due with
interest, payable as evidenced by a Promissory Note of even
date herewith, do hereby mortgage to Lawrence L. Ward, a single
man, mortgagee, the following described real estate, situated
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Lots 6 and 7 and 8 of Block 7 of the original Town of Cokeville,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
The mortgagors agree to pay the indebtedness hereby secured,
and to pay all taxes and assessments on said premises during
the life of the mortgage, in favor of and payable to said
mortgagee and in case the mortgagors fail to pay such, the
mortgagee shall pay said taxes and assessments, and all sums
paid shall be added to and become part of the same rate.
In case default shall be made in the payment of the above sum
hereby secured, or payment of the interest thereon, when the
same shall become due and payable then default shall occur
and shall be remedied per the provisions of the promissory note
executed in connection herewith.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead laws of said state.
