Stock Building Supply West, LLC f/k/a Stock Building Supply West, Inc. f /k/a
Anderson Lumber Company, Grantor, of the County of Wake, State of North
Carolina, For the consideration of TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND, AND FIFTY
DOLLARS in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to:
RA, LLC, Grantee, of Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 1 of Block 5 Lincoln Heights 5 Addition First Filing Recorded September 7,
1983 at Document No. 603378, in the office of the Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Grantor is conveying the foregoing property pursuant to the power granted to it
pursuant to Section 17 -16 -1405 of the Wyoming Statutes in connection with the
dissolution and winding up of the affairs of the company.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

2. Said property may be included within the taxing assessment district of 151
and may be subject to the charges and assessments thereof. (Charges are
current according to the information available from the county records.)
3. Mineral rights, claims or title to minerals in or under the land, including but
not limited to metals, oil, gas, coal, or other hydrocarbons, sand, gravel or
stone, and easements or other right relating thereto, whether express or
implied, recorded or unrecorded.
4. (a) Unpatented mining claims; (b) Reservations or exceptions in patents or
in Acts authorizing the issuance thereof; (c) water rights, claims or title to
water, whether or not the matters excepted under (a), (b), or (c) or shown by
the public records.
5. Subject to all existing roads, streets, alleys, fences, ditches, reservoirs,
utilities, canals, pipelines, power, telephone, sewer, gas, or water lines, and
right of way and easements thereof.
6. All Easement and Right of Ways as Set out in the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
7. Subject to all Easements, Rights of Way, Roadways, Building Setback lines
and Notes as disclosed by the Lincoln Heights 5 Addition First Filing as
shown by the official plat filed September 7, 1983, as filing No. 603378 in
the office of the recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
8. Covenants and restrictions recorded in Book 205, page 57, but omitting any
covenant or restriction based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial
status or national origin unless and only to the extent the said covenant (a) is
except under Chapter 42, Section 3607 of the United States Code or (b)
relates to handicap but does not discriminate against handicap persons.
9. Subject to all Easements, Rights of Way, Roadways, Building Setback
Lines and Notes as disclosed by the A.L.T.A. /A.C.S.M. LAND TITLE
