I am over the age of twenty -one (21) years and have personal knowledge of the facts contained in this Affidavit. 2. I am an attorney licensed to the general practice of law in the State of Wyoming; I reside in the State of Wyoming; and I am a member of the law firm Holland Hart LLP. 3. I have been retained to represent Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (the "Bank in its foreclosure by advertisement and sale of that certain mortgage executed to the Bank by Emmett Mavy and Romina Mavy dated June 12, 2007, recorded June 15, 2007, in Book 662 Page 225 in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office. 4. There has been and is no agreement, express or implied between myself and the Bank, nor between myself and any other person except a practicing attorney of this state engaged with me as an attorney in the foreclosure proceeding, for any sharing or division of said fee so to be allowed or added to the debt involved, and said fee when so allowed or added to the debt shall be only as compensation for services actually rendered in the foreclosure proceeding by an attorney admitted to practice in this state and residing therein. 5. The amount of the attorney fees charged in this representation is $1,705.00. 6. The cost of publishing the Notice of Foreclosure Sale in the newspaper is $579.60. 7. Pursuant to W.S. 34- 4- 103(a)(iv), written notice of intent to foreclose the mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner by certified mail return receipt requested at the last known address of the record owner at least ten (10) days before the commencement of publication of notice of sale. 8. Pursuant to W.S. 34- 4- 104(a), notice that the mortgage would be foreclosed was given by publishing the notice for four (4) consecutive weeks, at least once a week, in a newspaper printed in the county where the premises included in the mortgage and intended to be sold, are situated. See Proof of Publication attached hereto. 9. Pursuant to W.S. 34- 4- 104(a), a copy of the notice of foreclosure sale was served by certified mail with return receipt requested on the record owner at the last known address for the record owner and to all holders of recorded mortgages and liens subordinate to the mortgage being foreclosed which appeared of record at least twenty five (25) days before the scheduled foreclosure sale 10. This Affidavit is submitted in accordance with 34 -4 -103, 34 -4 -104 and 34 -4 -112 (WSA). 2 FURTHER, AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT. DATED this day of May, 2010.
