Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of 6
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on South 0 °36'02" East, 296.86 feet from the BLM type monument found marking the North
Quarter Corner of said Section 31, and running thence South 89 °40'41" East, 305.16 feet to a point on the spiral
in the West right of way line of Highway 89;
thence Southerly along last said spiral, a chord of said spiral bearing South 6 °06'10" East, 45.74 feet to a
Highway monument marking the beginning of a circular curve having a radius of 1984.859 feet;
thence running along last said curve through a central angle of 8 °31'51" an arc distance of 295.5279 feet;
thence running South 89 °07'37" West, 144.07 feet to the centerline of the Old Road from Smoot to Afton;
thence North 38 °21'00" West, along said centerline 359.15 feet;
thence North 0 °36'02" West, 53.92 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
