CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE
Pursuant to Power to foreclose by advertisement and sale contained in that certain
Mortgage, dated June 12, 2007, recorded June 15, 2007, in Book 662, Page 225 in the
Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office from Emmett Mavy and Romina Mavy to the
Jackson State Bank Trust, now known as Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, the
undersigned, as Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter
described according to law, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in
Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 22nd day of June, 2010.
The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property
described below, after due and legal notice given, to Wells Fargo Bank, National
Association, the mortgagee under the mortgage foreclosed, for $191,307.80 Dollars, the
highest bid at the public auction conducted by the undersigned.
The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter, Section 11, Township 35 North, Range 119 West,
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a Point in the West line of said Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, said point being 238.16
feet South from the Northwest corner of said Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
thence South 89°32'13" East 272.25 feet;
thence South 20.00 feet;
thence 89°32'13" East 272.25 feet;
thence South 72.72 feet;
thence North 89°32'13" West 544.50 feet to the said West
line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
thence North 92.72 feet to the Point of the Beginning.
Also
A portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter, Section 11, Township 35 North, Range 119 West,
6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 165.44 feet South from the Northwest
corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
thence South 89°32'13" East, 544.50 feet;
thence South 92.72 feet;
thence North 89°32'13" West 272.25 feet;

recorded August 6, 1931 in Book 17 of Deeds on page 160 of
the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
NOW DESCRIBED AS:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Paradise Valley Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed
August 15, 2008 as Instrument No. 941322 of the records of
the Lincoln County Clerk.
The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriff's deed
for the property at the expiration of the statutory period of redemption, unless the
property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this Certificate of Purchase this
