in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:

West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being all of that tract of record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 187PR on page 75, EXCEPTING the north one foot of said tract, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said tract of record in Book 187 common to the Northwest corner of that
tract of record in said office in Book 152PR on page 637 on the West line of said Block 2, North 1 °45'56" East,
242.50 feet from the southwest corner of said Block 3;
Thence North 1 °45'56" East, the base bearing for this survey, 49.0 feet along said West line common to the West
line of said tract of record in Book 187 to a point, South 1 °45'56" West, 1.0 feet from the Northwest corner of said
tract of record in Book 187;
thence South 88 °14'04" East, 155.5 feet; parallel to the North line of said tract of record in Book 187 to a point
on the East line of said tract of record in Book 187, South 1 °45'56" West, 1.0 feet from the Northwest corner of
said tract of record in Book 187;
thence South 1 °45'56" West, 60.5 feet along the said East line common to the West line of that
tract of record in said Office in Book 11 of Deeds on page 182 to the Southeast corner of
said tract of record in Book 187 and common to the Northeast corner of that tract of
record in said Office in Book 142PR on page 29;
thence North 88 °14'04" West, 69.7 feet along a common line to said tracts of record in Book 187
and Book 142 to a point;
thence continuing North 88 °14'04" West, 8.31 feet along said common line to a nail in a porch;
thence North 1 °45'56" East, 11.5 feet along a line common to said tracts of record in Book 187
and Book 152 to a common corner of said tracts of record;
thence North 88 °14'04" West, 77.5 feet along a line common to said tracts of record to the
Corner of Beginning.
