Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Unit 1 of Mountain Heights Condominiums, together with undivided interest in common elements in accordance
with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded May 18, 2006 in Book 620 on page 483
and the Corrected Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded September 25, 2006 in Book
634 on page 831 and by the official plat filed on May 25, 2006 as Instrument No. 918750 and on the Corrected
Plat filed September 25, 2006 as Instrument No. 922775 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
