The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust, Series 2004 -4 Assignment dated: December 4, 2009 Assignment recorded: December 15, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 951091 in Book 738 at Page 286 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust, Series 2004 -4, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on February 9, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust, Series 2004 -4 "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $98,861.40, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on February 9, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 9, 2010, at Reception No. 952073 in Book 742 at Page 153; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust, Series 2004 -4, 4828 Loop Central Drive, Houston, TX 77081, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: ShDeed LOT 13 OF HAPPY VALLEY ESTATES, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF Sheriffs Deed Keehn 09 -27525 Page 1 of 2 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust, Series 2004 -4, its successors and assigns forever.
