MODIFICATION OF HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT MORTGAGE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, made this 8th day of June 2010, by and between David R. Daniel, A Single Man, hereinafter called
Mortgagor and Citibank, NA, hereinafter called Mortgagee.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS: David R. Daniel, A Single Man, by a Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage, February 12, 2007, and
recorded February 26, 2007, as Document No. 927057, in Book 649 at Page 686 by the County Clerk Clerk in ex- officia
recorder of deeds, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, conveyed to Citibank, NA, a certain real estate, for $150,000.00,
in favor of Mortgagee and covering the following described property:
See attached Exhibit "A attached hereto and made a part hereof
AND WHEREAS: The parties hereto desire to modify and supplement said Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage. Now,
Therefore, for value received, the parties hereto do hereby modify said Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage by
modifying the legal description of said Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage to:
See attached Exhibit `B attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Furthermore, Mortgagor does hereby grant and convey the last above described (Exhibit `B real property to Mortgagee
under said Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage together with power of sale and subject to each and all of the terms and
conditions of said Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage, including this modification and supplement thereto, and
Mortgagee hereby reconveys to the persons legally entitled thereto, the real property first above described (Exhibit A).
It is further agreed, by and between the parties hereto that in all other respects not inconsistent herewith the terms of said
Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage which is incorporated herein by references thereto shall remain in full force and
effect, and be binding hereon, said Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage as herein modified and supplemented shall
constitute one Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage.
This agreement shall inure to and bind the heirs, devisees, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
