single woman, and KATHRYN R. KULINSKI, TRUSTEE of the Kulinski Family Trust dated
May 1, 2008, GRANTORS, whose address is P.O. Box 5067, Etna, Wyoming 83118, for the
sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, hereby CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to KATHRYN R. KULINSKI, TRUSTEE of the Kulinski Family Trust dated
July 12, 2010, GRANTEE, whose address is P.O. Box 5067, Etna, Wyoming 83118, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 2 of Bucksin Crossing Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described
on the official plat filed August 15, 1996, as Instrument No. 820746 and Plat No. 375 in
the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, and rights -of-
way of record or in use.
