KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that KLINT CLARK, a married
man as his sole and separate property, P.O. Box 5083, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTOR, for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed
unto JAMES JON CLARK and DEANNA L. CLARK, P.O. Box 5083, Etna, Wyoming
83118, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property,
possession, claim, and demand as Grantor may have or ought to have in and to all of the
following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming to wit:
See attached property description titled: "Description: Klint Clark Family
Exemption."
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto. Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions, or rights -of -way of
record, of sight, or in use.

of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and
Encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Existing Point in a North -South Fence line,
said Point of Beginning being 365.04 feet N79 33'02 "W from
the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1992 location for the
Northeast Corner of the NE1 /4 of Section 15, of said T35N,
R119W, also
said Point of Beginning being 960.60 feet N87 24'29 "E from
the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 2001 location for the
Southeast Corner of the W1 /2SE1 /4 of said Section 10;
thence N89 00'39 "W, parallel with the North line of said

location for the Northeast Corner of said NE1 /4 of Section

569.91 feet.

Restrictions, Reservations, Rights -of -Way, Improvements and
