CLARK a/k/a DEANNA LEE CLARK, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 5083, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to KLINT CLARK, a married man as his sole and separate property, P.O. Box 5285, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTEE, and his heirs and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: See attached property description titled: "Description: Klint Clark Family Exemption Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto. Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions, or rights -of- way of record, of sight, or in use. This Corrective Warranty Deed corrects the legal description in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming land records on September 12, 2008 in Book 704 at Pages 695 and 696 as Receiving No. 942207.
