Burnett, husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do remis, release and forever quitclaim to Eric K.
