The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank National Association Assignment dated: June 5, 2009 Assignment recorded: June 15, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 947739 in Book 725 at Page 314 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on March 2, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank National Association "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $262,327.86, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on March 2, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 2, 2010, at Reception No. 952360 in Book 743 at Page 214; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated May 28, 2010 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on OW a., hp 2010, at Reception No. `,5'f 2- M0 in (J hook 7 at Page 577 WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX 75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the ShDeed Sheriffs Deed Clinger 09 -11324 Page 1 of 2 following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to- wit: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its successors and assigns forever.
